Bright’s Story

House of Noah Graduate

The Zambian Social Welfare system brought Bright to the House of Noah after both his parents died and his grandmother could no longer afford to support him. He came when he was in grade 6 and stayed until grade 12.

While at the home, Bright went back to school and was led to Christ.  Under the loving care of at the House of Noah, Bright apprenticed with some local carpenters and became a carpenter.

By God’s grace, he is a quick learner and started a small business as a carpenter. He began to sell stools and now tables, beds, and takes custom orders for just about any type of furniture you can make out of wood. He is now a shining light through his business by leading other children to Christ who were raised in his neighborhood!
